    Observation: Employee lifted cover on cup to take a drink, put cover back on cup, started to put on gloves to return to work.
    Correction: Drinks consumed while working must be in a covered cup with a straw and handled in a manner that prevents contamination of hands, food and surfaces. Straw was placed into the drink and employee washed hands before putting on gloves to return to work.

    Observation: TCS foods not date marked with new dates when removed from freezer.
    Correction: Date mark ready-to-eat TCS foods (sliced turkey, opened packages of hot dogs) that are held in the refrigerator for >24 hours.
