Facility has continuos permit with no unpermitted duration. Contact health department with questions.
Observed dishmachine pressure gauge in non-working status. Please service unit and contact health department when fixed.
Observed condensation dripping from ceiling vent. Small amount dripping and is not creating a hazard.
Person in charge is very knowledgeable of food safety practices. Good job. Thank you.
