    Observation: Raw chicken registered at 48 degrees F in top section of low boy refrigeration unit. As per the operator said food had been in said location for more than two hours.
    Correction: Operator voluntarily discarded said chicken.

    Observation: Fan covers in reach in freezer observed with debris.
    Correction: Must be cleaned.

    Observation: Potentially hazardous food cold holding at improper temperatures in that raw marinated chicken and shrimp registered at 45 degrees F in low boy refrigeration unit in kitchen.
    Correction: Operator voluntarily added ice bags on top of said food to rapidly cool and maintain said food at 41°F or below.

Note- Two dead roaches observed on floor in the establishment. Establishment must be kept clean, remove dead pest and avoid/minimize harborage conditions.

A complain was received stating that the customer had steak (10 ounce Sirloin) at Chili's for dinner and started to feel sick and made himself vomit. As per the customer he had not ate anything else that day before dinner. The manager of the establishment was aware of this complain however had not received any other complain. During the investigation, it was found that 59 Sirloin were sold in one week (11/14/13 to 11/20/13) and none of the other customers had made any complain for illness. The manager also stated that one time burger mints and gloves are used by food workers to handle ready to eat food.
Complain was addressed.
