Final stages of installation of some equipment being performed. PIC needs to take ServeSafe certification to the health department for transfer to a local certification. Refrigeration units working properly. Inspection to be conducted 11/18/04 then one month later then every three month. Permit to operate issued by Health Department. Hard copy to follow. Establishment can operate as long as all required permits are received from other agencies.
