Comments:
The purpose of today's visit was to conduct a follow-up inspection. The facility still has a pest issue, which appears to be only slightly decreased. Observed quick moving nymphs over the loose floor tiles. The wall and floor tiles must be repaired in 30 days or enforcement will be taken. The facility may limit they food prep, examples: cereals, cold sandwiches, snacks. The facility must receive another treatment and must provide a copy of the receipt or work order to the EHS. A follow-up inspection shall be conducted to ensure the imminent health hazard has been eliminated. Please notify me when the violations are corrected. You may not operate until the Health Department reinstates the permit to operate.

If the food is held for only 24 hours, no date marking is required. For example, if foods like opened packages of deli meats are opened on July 29, 2008 they shall be date marked with a "use by" date not exceeding Aug 4, 2008.

Per discussion with cfm, the delivery of foods is for canned goods only and the cfm returns or separated any cans which are dented or damaged. The cold foods are purchased at an approved facility by the CFM. The cfm freezes or refrigerates foods immediately after purchase. Foods are reheated at the facility and served to children immediately with no hot hold step.
