Working containers of sanitizing soultions for storage of in-use wiping cloths shall be placed above the floor and used in a manner to prevent contamination of food, equipment, and utensils.
0820 A 2 - Critical All potentially hazardous foods located in the walk-in are cold holding at improper temperatures (44-50F). Relocate food to a refrigeration unit that is capable of maintaining food storage at 41F or below. Owner relocated all PHFs to refrigeration units capable of maintaining foods at 41F or below during inspection. Owner has contacted refrigeration contractor for repairs during inspection.
