  • 1770 A - Critical The following equipment food-contact surfaces were observed soiled to sight and touch: holders for single service lids(corrected at time of inspection), door of ice machine, hotdog steamer.
  • 2920 - The self-closures on the toilet room doors do not close to be tight fitting.
  • 2930 - Outer opening of the food establishment is not protected against entry of insects and rodents. There are openings above and below entry door.

The counter refrigeration(sandwich refrig.) was reading 42 degrees at time of inspection with no food stored within. The refrigeration had been turned on approximately 45 minutes prior to the reading of the temperature. I will re-check the temperature when I have the inspection signed. Potentially hazardous food must be maintained at a temperature of 41 degrees or less. This would be a violation of 12 VAC 5-421-820. This refrigeration must not be used until the proper temperatures is maintained.
