Food out of temperature was voluntarily discarded. Three compartment sink was under repair. A work order was called in for the reach in prep unit refrigerator and overhead light in dough making area. Fire suppression was current as of March 09 and good for 6 months. Gave CFM recent and FHC schedule. Recommended for permit renewal.
