| Pre opening inspection. Unit works from electricity or generator. Propane used for heating. All equipment observed working. Thermometers and gloves observed. Employee Health reviewed. Reporting Agreement form 1B given to be used along with Employee Health Notice and Foodborne Illness sheet. Unit has propane and a fire suppression system therefore Hanover Fire inspection conducted on 4/4/14 with no violations. Fire suppression system observed checked by Safety First on 4/4/14 as well. Class K and red fire extinguisher observed. Reviewed menu. All hamburgers will be recieved frozen precooked. Mobile plate number is: 525-279. Cold water and warm water observed under pressure.
