The facility has a two compartment sink for washing and sanitizing equipment and a separate handsink. Discussed the following with the PIC: 1. Recommend that the employee health policy (FDA Form 1-B) that is posted in the office be posted in the kitchen area and that all employees sign a copy of the policy acknowledging that they have reviewed and understand the policy. 2. Food sources are U.S. Foodservice, Sam's Club, Walmart & Martins Grocery.
