Good code marking of product. Person in charge with demonstration of food safety knowledge.
Recommendation is made to monitor/track temperature of all refrigeration equipment. Also, to install a splashguard between three compartment sink and mop sink due to close proximity of mop sink to where clean dishware/utensils air dry.
