Autochlor personnel was called on site to repair the sanitizer dispensing unit that was causing the low sanitizer levels. Restrooms were observed clean and well stocked. Observed employee health policy, food handler cards, and temperature charts. Discussed with CFM the importance of employees donning gloves to separate the clean silverware. Shippers tags information: Ludford Brothers Oyster Company, Harvest date: 10/15/2015, Harvest location: Lynnhaven 19807, Wild harvest (not farm raised), Quantity: 61. CFM stated the remaining oysters are picked up weekly and replaced with new oysters.

Operator indicated they will cover this with FRP. Facility recommended for permit. Permit fee of forty ($40.00) dollars due for facility.
