Violation descriptions and comments

Several lights in rooms throughout the facility were not functioning. The yellow cabinet in the 1-2's room was chipped.
Paper towels were not readily available at the handsink in the upstairs boys restroom.
The caulking on the toilet in the girls restroom in the Teddy room was torn.
Several of the toy cabinets and shelves throughout the facility were chipped.
The sanitizer and disinfectant in the 1-2's room were not correctly labeled. The disinfectant in the Winnie the Pooh room was less than 200 ppm chlorine residual.
Ice build-up was present in the basement reach-in freezer and in the milk dispenser in the kitchen.
