Boxes of raw chicken in the walk in cooler was found being stored above boxes of raw beef steaks.
Chopped lettuce was found at 51�° in a pan stored on ice on the serving line. Salad dressing was found in the same location at 71�°F.
The hand sink in the employee bathroom was not stocked with paper towels at the time of inspection.
The cutting boards on the dry storage racks were found scored and worn.
The metal pans being stored in the dry storage racks were found to be wet and stuck together.
The single use catering pans were found being stored with the food contact surfaces facing up, in the dry storage area.
The hand sink in the employee bathroom drain line, was found to be leaking at the time of inspection.
The garbage dumpsters in the dumpster storage area were found to have one dumpster with the lids open, and one dumpster did not have lids installed on it.
The ceiling tile in the hall way of the facility was found to be scrapped with chipping paint. There were small nail or screw holes were found in the wall, in the hall way by the cooking area as well as behind the door going to the kitchen. There was standing water on the floor of the walk in cooler. The drain cover for the 3 compartment sink was not installed on the drain.
A light cover in the hall way by the dry storage was found to be broken, and not properly installed.
The toilet in the employee bathroom was found not properly sealed to the floor.
