In the cold table on the cooking line raw chicken was found stored next to ready to eat deli sliced turkey, and ready to eat peppers. Inside of the walk in cooler a moldy and overly ripe green pepper stored next to wholesome green peppers. The facility was found without a consumer advisory for the customers to see stating the hazards of consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness. The cook staff was observed using bare hand contact with ready to eat foods on the cooking line. The breakfast burritos on the serving line were at a range of 125°F - 129°F, staff stated the burritos had been out for less than one hour. Raw shell eggs and liquid eggs were found stored on the top of the cold table at 56°F. The hot water at the hand sink near the food preparation sink was found not working. The hand sink in the bar area did not have paper towels stocked at it. Rodent drippings were found in the corners and along the wall in soft drink concentrate storage room. The inside of the microwave was found soiled at the time of inspection. The wire cheese slicer was found soiled with food debris. Several of the serving plates stored on the shelves were found soiled with food debris. The shelves above the cold table were found soiled with food debris. The top of the oven was found soiled with food debris. The floor in the walk in cooler, and walk in freezer were found soiled with food debris. Common towels were found throughout the kitchen not stored in a sanitizer solution. Serving utensils were found stored in container with food contact surface facing up, allowing for bare hand contact with food contact surface. The dispensing cup in the blue cheese bag, inside of the stand-up food cooler was found without a handle. Light fixtures were found not working in the vent hood system over the cooking line.
