Violation descriptions and comments

Hot dogs were between 120�°F - 125�°F in the hot dog warmer.
An atmospheric vacuum breaker was not installed on the threaded wall faucet behind the soda syrup box rack.
An unlabeled chemical spray bottle was present on the shelving above the 3-compartment sink.
The lower portion of the cabinetry was chipped in the food service area. The black paint was worn on the wood above the 3-compartment sink in the back room. A wooden lid was present on the popcorn bin in the back room. The soda syrup lines were not wrapped behind the storage rack.
Ice build up was present in the freezer in the back room.
The interior of the storage cabinets and the area below the pop corn popper were soiled in the food service area.
The caulking was in need of replacement around the sinks and counter in the women's restroom. The caulking was soiled on the hand sink in the back room. The 3-compartment sink faucet was leaking.
The wall mount for mops was not painted behind the soda syrup box storage rack. The wooden wall mount behind the mop sink faucet was broken and the paint was worn. The ceiling vents were dusty above the back room door and the ice machine.

Sanitizer had a concentration greater than 200 ppm chlorine residual in a spray bottle in the back room. Corrected on Site: 8/12/13.
