The door gasket on the chicken walk-in cooler was torn.
The interior of the 4 door reach-in freezer was soiled with food debris. The interiors of the reach-in coolers throughout the facility were soiled with food debris. The interiors of the hot holding units throughout the facility were soiled with food debris and grease.
The exteriors of the hot holding units were soiled with food debris and grease.
Several food containers above the 3-compartment sink were stacked wet.
The floor under the dry storage shelves was soiled with food debris. The floor near the water heater was soiled with debris. The floor edges throughout the facility were soiled with debris. The floor under the fryers was soiled with grease. The floor under the 3-compartment sink was soiled with food debris. The back side of the large preparation table was soiled with food debris. Missing parts of three combos and wrong drink talked to the owner/manager she was horrible, rude and basically saying we were lucky we got what we did. Saying she would replace part of what we were missing. It wasn’t the first time that happened so that’s why we decided to call. Needless to say we will not return
