Violation descriptions and comments

In the walk in cooler raw chicken was found stored next to ready to eat foods. Raw chicken was found stored next to cartons of half and half cream, prepackaged cooked shrimp, and next to precooked shredded pork on the bottom shelves of the walk in cooler.
Employee beverages were found stored in the employee beverage storage shelves; twist top bottles as well as open glasses without a lid or straw were found in the shelves.
Shelves over the preparation sink were found with rust. The ice machine did not have a cover installed on the front of the machine. The caulking was found torn on the vent hood for the dish machine. The preparation sink caulking was found soiled and torn.
Black slime mold was present inside ice machine on ice flow barrier. A spatula was found stored in the right side of the cook top area in a dipper well that did not have water running in it.
The plastic tubs used for storing cooking and serving utensils in the food preparation area were found soiled. The top of the ice machine was found soiled.
The pans were found stacked wet throughout the kitchen, as well as the plastic food containers were found stacked wet.
The dumpster out behind the facility was found with the drain plug not installed, thus allowing for pests to enter the dumpster.
The walls under the working area of the ware washing station were found soiled. The wall behind the floor squeegee was found soiled.
A light was found not working in the vent hood over the cooking line.
Employee food was found stored next to customer foods in the walk in cooler.
