An unlabeled chemical spray bottle was present hanging on the chemical rack by the mopsink. Condenser ice was present on the top shelf and on one bag of food in the walk-in freezer. The bulk flour container was uncovered in the dry storage room. Non-commercial grade plastic containers were used to store nuts on the baking table shelf. The cooler drawers below the microwave ovens on the east side of the cooks line had cracked door gaskets. The walk-in refrigerator door gasket was cracked. One of the establishment's probe-type food thermometers measured 78°F in 32°F ice water solution. The door gaskets on the cooler drawers below the cooks' line east microwave ovens were soiled with food debris, and the interior of the cooler was soiled with food residue. Insects were present on the light diffusers above the three-compartment sink, and in the utility room. The exterior of the fryer grease container was soiled with greasy food residue. The rolling food cart at the baking station was soiled with food residue. The wait station hand sink caulking was soiled with grime. The wall caulking was soiled with grime on the dirty side drainboard of the automatic ware washing machine. The automatic ware washing machine frame and water supply line were soiled with scale and grime. The bulk flour container in the dry storage room had a scoop with no handle. Scoops were stored in the wait station ice cream dipper well, and the dipper well water was not running. The garbage grinder atmospheric vacuum breaker was missing the protective bell cap. Some waste grease was present on the asphalt by the waste grease collection bin. The floor was soiled with grease around and below the fryer. The floor tile grout was worn throughout the kitchen. The floor seal was heavily worn in the utility room. One ventilation filter screen was missing on the east end of the cooks' line
