A twist top bottle employee beverage was found stored next to food equipment, on the shelf in the front food preparation area. An employee beverage was found stored on the top of the soap dispenser, next to the hand sink in the back food preparation area.
Duct tape was found attached to the shelf next to the ice machine in the back food preparation area.
The food slicer in the back preparation area was found soiled with food debris.
The top of the dish machine was found soiled, the top of the ovens in under the vent hood were found soiled, and the spice shelf in the food preparation area was found soiled.
The wall behind the spray basin sink in the ware washing area was found soiled with mold. The walls in the facility were found soiled with food debris, in the back food preparation area and the front preparation areas.
