The door seal on the reach in cold table was found torn and soiled.
The shelving racks in the ware washing area were found soiled. The door gasket to the walk in cooler was found soiled.
The pans were found stacked wet on the shelves in the ware washing area.
The wiping cloth buckets did not have sufficient strength of sanitizer at the time of inspection, sanitizer was less than10ppm.
The ceiling tiles above the prep table in the kitchen were found soiled. The fire suppression lines were found soiled in the vent hood. The back wall in the ware washing area was found to have holes in it.
