The facility was found using home style refrigerators that are not commercial grade cold holding equipment. The thermometers inside of the home style refrigerators were found not reading accurate temperatures. The microwave in the serving area was found soiled. The reach in commercial style food cooler in the kitchen area was found with absorbent pads, being used to absorb condensation water on the inside bottom of the cooler. The cups were found stacked wet in the cabinets next to the dish washer. The ice scoop for the ice machine was found with the handle in direct contact with the ice.
