A container of lemons was stored in drink ice in the waitstation. Raw meat was stored above produce in the cold-top cooler. Freezing records for sushi fish and pH testing for sushi rice were not provided.
Kitchen equipment was stored in the kitchen handsink.
Raw chicken (49°F), raw steak (51°F), and raw pork (51°F) were 49-51°F in the cold-top cooler. Cooked noodles were 75°F in the walk-in cooler for more than four hours.

The establishment sells raw seafood and does not a consumer advisory.
An employee was observed washing their hands in the three-compartment sink.
Raw beef (57°F), raw chicken (49°F), raw shrimp (45°F), cooked dumplings (51°F), lobster (46°F), and crab and scallop mixture (48°F) were all above 41°F in the cold-top cooler.
Soap and paper towels were not provided to the kitchen handsink.
Employee medications were stored on a shelf directly above the food preparation table.
Chemical spray bottles were unlabeled as to their contents in the kitchen and the bar.
Clear plastic liquid bottles near the cold-top cooler were unlabeled as to their contents.
A cloth towel was used to line the counter ledge near the cold-top cooler. The wooden counter near the rice cooker was chipped.
A thermometer was not provided to the small reach-in cooler, cold-top cooler, and reach-down cooler.
The interior of the reach-down cooler was soiled with food debris. The miso soup hot-holding unit was soiled with food debris.
A scoop used for the fryer was stored on a container soiled with food debris. The exterior of the rice cooker was soiled with food debris. The pre-rinse sprayer was soiled with food debris.
Tongs hanging on the oven door handle were not stored in a manner that protects them from contamination.
A box of single service cups were stored on the floor in dry storage.
The mopsink was soiled with mold and debris.
The walls were soiled with food debris and mold near the warewashing machine. The walls were soiled with food debris near the cold-top cooler handsink.
A light was not functioning above the food preparation table.
The ceiling vent in the kitchen was soiled with dust.
