PLAN WAS TO LAND IMMEDIATELY TO INSPCT THE DAMAGE, BUT THE DEER WAS STILL ON THE RWY. HE THEN ELECTED TO RETURN TO THE HOME ARPT, WHERE EMERGENCY PERSONNEL WERE AVAILABLE SINCE HE WAS UNCERTAIN OF THE CONDITION OF THE LDG GEAR. LANDED W/O INCID. L WING, L FLAP & MAIN SPAR WERE DAMAGED.
