I live in the Preston Road area and am looking for a place to fly my Powered Paraglider. It is FAR 103 compliant and am seeking permission to takeoff/land at the Loury Lester Airpark. Due to the type platform, I would only fly morning/evening hours, near sun-up and sundown. Flights are only single passenger (pilot) and, by regulation, recreational flying only. Duration of flights would only be 1-2 hours due to fuel restriction and would be in general vicinity of airpark but not directly over so as to prevent any disruption in normal traffic.
