For a week a rather loud plane has been flying around the town of Okoboji (where the Spirit Lake airport is located). It happens every evening. It is annoying. Is there some good reason for this?

Susan - I'm thinking this is the old amphibian aircraft you can spot at Spirit Lake airport. This is a noisy aircraft but doesn't violate any statute that I'm aware of.
