Shredded cheddar cheese was 49�°F in the cold-top refrigerators.
Paper towels were not available at the back handsink
A box of hot sauce was stored on the floor near the front registers. A box of food was stored on the floor in the walk-in freezer.
The door gaskets were torn on the reach-in refrigerators. The handle to the walk-in freezer was broken. The walk-in freezer door did not shut properly.
The caulking on the 3 compartment sink was moldy.
The caulking on the handsink in the mens restroom was cracked.
Several lights over the back storage area were not operational.
