Went in for breakfast and stood at the register while 3 ladies looked up at me and said nothing. 5 minutes later one of the 3 finally approached me. I ordered for me and my friend who went to the restroom. We just drove 4 hours from Fort Worth. Our drinks were coffee but both pots were empty and not on the heated burner. So someone must have known they were out. I asked for coffee from the drive thru and I was told to wait. I never saw that lady again. Then I asked another lady who was just walking around and she looked at the drive thru coffee maker said "no" there was none and walked off. Then the lady who was older and seemed in charge said she was sending someone to make some. So no coffee for drive thru and none for dine in.
We eat our entire meal without drinks and at 950 am we finally have to leave to be at an appointment by 10.
There was no apology, not one ounce of caring and your survey motto is "cabana cares". It was my friends first visit ever to cabana and I eat Cabana every Friday in my home town for breakfast.
I was embarrassed for the owner and manager.
Not to mention the tables were not cleaned and the 2 other customers in the store also had to wait extensively for their food and they were before me.
Would you recommend Taco Cabana #123 to others? No
