My Daughter was out and about last night, and, while my Wife was chatting with Kelly Wheeler, someone called in, but, since my Wife was on long distance, chose not to accept the call...

Little did we know what was going on!

I got a call after my Wife got off the phone, from my daughters Phone number... It was my Sister in law!!! Now, that scared me half to death, hearing her voice over my Daughters phone, because I 'knew' there was trouble in 'River City'!!
...

My Neighbor, whom my Wife and my Neighbors Brother and Sister in law put in the Nursing Home is in the Hospital, undergoing a Colostomy Operation.

Apparently, she was leaking 'stool' into her stomach, because her bowels had 'fistulas' that were ruptured, and she has a lot of cancer in her...

My Wife speculated months ago, that she must have cancer, because she has had to have blood put in her a few times, as she keeps losing it, and there are no signs of it anywhere......

OK, I went to my exercise session at the YMCA today.

First, I weighed myself ,and found, I gained two pounds.. OK, so I fluctuate now.. I gain, then lose then gain then lose it over and over until my body decides, its had enough, and loses the two pounds permanently, and decides on the next two pounds to play with

Im at 337 pounds, and, my Wife 'still' keeps on insisting that Im 'doing too much'... UH, if I had been doing that all along, then I would have lost...

I finally got some gooooooood sleep last night and today
I didnt get up til 3:30pm!! WONDERFUL

I did get up about 3:30am, because my Wife suddenly got up and went out of the room, and didnt come back, so, I went to check up on her.. Apparently, those 'hot wings' my Brother in law made, came up on her, and out in the proper receptacle for 'that load'...

She was ok after that, and, so I went back to bed, til this afternoon...

Unfortunately,...

I woke up in less pain again, so, thats two days in a row!! OK, now, Im betting its not going to be three in a row...

I went to exercise today, and, worked my fingers to the bone

Before I started, I got on the scale... I have lost 15 pounds!! YEAAAAA BUDDY!!!

I didnt get to go yesterday, because, I didnt get the proper sleep, and, was half sick all day, because I 'couldnt sleep' right...

I had to break open a pill case to get the sleeping...
