I went to my exercise session again today...
Its getting 'nice', evey other day!! I can really get used to this LOL

Afterwards, I soaked about an hour, (didnt know when my Daughter was coming home, and then, it seemed everyone and thier Grandmother came in, and my Wife kept popping in and out of the bathroom, while Im trying to finish up, because the guy with the electronic air cleaner came-->only been since July, that it was taken to be fixed!!)...

I was about...

I went to this new Doctor of urology today....

Since I recieve so much 'grief' from the Nurse Practioner at the Heart Doctor, about not seeing me again, if I dont take care of my kidneys and lungs, and, they made appointments for me, for each of them...(My last pulmonary Doctor suffered a stroke, and my Urologist retired-->Gee, and they forgot to even tell me on both accounts!!).

OOOOKKK this silly laptop did it to me again!! I lost what I typed from here on out...so,...

I went to my exercise session at the YMCA today, and I didnt finish all the machines.

My Wife still complains that I do too much at the abdominal machine, and thats why I cant finish all the machines, but, it wasnt the case today.

There was a bunch of ladies and they were paying for two trainers (I think that cost them either 10 or 20 bucks an hour!!), and they were going through the bicycles, and, since they were finished with them, they were about to start on the machines...

OK, so, Im a 'scoundrel' again, but, not by my choosing.. hmm or am I?? Sis says that the book I got from the Library was a few days late, so, Im a scourge again, to be avoided at all cost!! LOL... And here, I paid the fine from a few years ago, that I had incurred...

Yesterday, I went to exercise, (Real Early!).
I was there at 7:20am!
I did my normal routine, and only missed one machine (the other one was out of order)...

Today, Im sleeping, and I feel a 'bee sting' on my righ calve!! It wakes me up fast, because itt was a couple of times, and it lasted more seconds than I want to remember...I had to 'move' to get it to stop.

I ask my Wife to check the spot out, when I get up and she says that I have a 'red line', down...
