No Go!

I went to a Spine Doctor today, (hoping that someone can do something for me, to get me out of pain)...
The Doctor looked at my chart and told me straight out, that he couldnt do a thing for me! Im too heavy and because of my heart condition, he cant guarantee that I wont die on the table!! So, he refunded my co-pay and showed me the door *sigh*
He did give me a referral numbe for Pittsburgh, if I want to try that route, but, I told my Wife, I may as well go on and keep exercising and just wait til I 'get down' in weight, and sometime in the future, maybe I will try again! (Still hoping that if I get back to 240, I can go to the Chiropractor again and he can give me relief for weeks at a time!).
I havent given up hope!! There is still exercise sessions to do, and weight to lose, and when I hit that "break even" point, I hope that my muscles start consuming the fat at a greater rate, and I will lose it, and get skinny again
If not, well, there is still the exercise sessions to keep me interested in life, because it gives me something to 'do' with myself. My Wife can have her puzzles, my Daughter can 'run around' with all her friends, and my Son can work, but, I have my own agenda for the moment and a goal to keep, and look forward to...
If, for some reason, my goal ever changes, then there will be a drastic change in my life, to alter it... But, until that happens, I will continue on with LIFE!
My Wife and I met an elderly couple, coming out of the Doctors office and he said he hasnt saw me in rehab for awhile! My Wife said that they must be missing us, because I still go, and I told him (now, this was STUPID of me, and I didnt even give it a thought, as I didnt even look at who was speaking at the time), that I dont go before 10am, because the "Old Farts" are there, and at 2:30 the young kids are there-->These were a couple in thier late 60s or early 70s and as soon as I looked, I knew I had blew that one...sheesh! I apologised and the lady said, thats no problem, we know it too LOL! ***Open MOUTH-->Insert FOOT!! sheesh!!
So, my Daughter has tests today, and must be done, because her and her 'bud' have taken off to places unknown, to see who knows who, (probably that boyfriend of hers, but, not sure...) I think Im going to ask his name and google it, to see if he has ever been in any type of trouble or not. We have a place to go, to see if he is a registered sex offender and a few other things I can check, to be sure he is on the 'up and up'!!
Sure dont want her hanging with the 'criminal element' in Society!! LOL... If so, she would probably take over the gang!! Mean as she is at times, sheesh!
Well, pain meds are kicking in, so its time to wake my Wife from her nap and tell her, its scoot and boot time again... Time to hit it and git it, and I gotta get that song Physical from Olivia Newton John to be put on my MP3 player, so I can 'sweat to the oldies!!
