Tell Me Why You Wouldn't Move to Denver

It's fun to watch all of the moving to Denver posts and all of the replies's ofcourse! So I thought I would write a post about why you might not want to move to Denver!
Drivers are Crazy - Yep, I see it all the time on my own when driving but I also hear about it all the time. Merging is an issue, honking horns happen all the time and road rage can be real here. On the other hand, I still don't think it is as aggressive as when I lived in the midwest.
It's Dry Here - Yep, if you are used to humidity you will either die here or adjust. The air is dry here in Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall. Humidifiers can help.
Fracking - There is a lot of oil and gas work going on here, especially in areas like Weld and Adams County. If this is concerning to you, read up on it and make a decision. You may want to find an older neighborhood that is more tucked away from all the activity.
Marijuana in Colorado - Yep marijuana is legal, it's true and people smoke it and use it all over the place. I still think weed smells better than cigarettes.
Overcrowding - People bring this one up all the time, especially if they have lived here for years and years. They say it is too crowded here and may even tell you to go back to your own state . Yes, roads have gotten busier, it is harder to find a trail that hasn't got people on it and schools are crowded but it is all relative to where you come from!
I have worked with plenty of people that have moved to Colorado and say they would never leave and plenty that have moved back after trying to move away. It is not perfect but it sure has something that pulls you back!
