This particular KFC has integrity problems that need to be addressed and REMEDIED! I was there on yesterday evening and ordered food and afterwhich, as I usually do, asked for a cup for some water as I did not care to buy a berverage. I was told by the attendant, and I have heard this from this KFC many times before, that they were "out of cups" which is a lie from the pit of hell.......as even if they were out of cups, the beverage cups that they use for the drinks could/should/would serve as a SUBSTITUTE! I asked for the Manager (whose name-plate said "Kiara" or something similar) and this person told me the same lie!

This should not happen to any customer as I complained to this same manager months ago about a person who used terroist threats against me when I would not give them any money. This person verbally abused me and Staff did absolultely nothing. I reported to the proper authorities along with the Management there at this specific KFC (11864 Wilmington Ave., L.A., CA 90059). The next time I will file a Claim against KFC. Notwithstanding the present matter of 3/29/15, I told Ms. Kiara that she could CANCEL my order to which she responded, "I'm sorry" to which I retorted, "I bet you are!" and I left and went to another restaurant with a much better deal and food.
