FOUND COOLERS ON SITE AT IMPROPER TEMPERATURES RANGING BETWEEN 52.6-64 DEGREES F. MUST REPAIR 2ND AND 3RD COOLERS ALONG WEST WALL ON SALES FLOOR SO THAT THEY MAINTAIN 40 DEGREES F AND BELOW.
PROVIDE PAPER TOWELS AT WASHBOWL IN EMPLOYEE WASHROOM.
FOUND EVIDENCE OF RODENTS ON SITE AND OUTER OPENINGS NOT PROTECTED. FOUND APPROXIMATELY 30 MICE DROPPINGS IN UNUSED WALK IN COOLER. MUST REMOVE DROPPINGS,SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS AND HAVE THE PEST CONTROL COMPANY SERVICE AREAS. ALSO NOTED 1-4 INCH GAP ALONG BOTTOM OF REAR EXIT DOOR. MUST REPAIR AND MAKE INSECT AND RODENT PROOF.
PROVIDE ADEQUATE WASTE BASKETS ON INTERIOR OF PREMISES FOR SALES FLOOR AND WASHROOM.

MUST INSTALL BASEBOARDS ALONG WEST WALL ON SALES FLOOR BEHIND COOLERS AND STORAGE RACKS AND IN ALL REAR STORAGE AREAS AND CLOSETS TO SEAL OPENINGS AND PREVENT RODENT ENTRY.
MUST CLEAN WALLS IN REAR STORAGE AND OFFICE AREAS AND IN UNUSED COOLER WHERE NEEDED. REMOVE FOOD SPILLS AND REPAINT AS NEEDED. MUST ALSO SEAL OR PAINT ALL RAW WOOD WALLS AND JOINTS IN ALL REAR STORAGE AREAS AND MAKE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE.
