THE FAN GUARDS ARE DIRTY IN THE WALK IN COOLER, CLEAN AND SANITIZE THE GUARDS.
THE FLOORS ARE DIRTY IN THE CLOSETS AND THE WALK IN COOLER HAS A BLACK COATING AROUND THE EDGES, CLEAN THE FLOORS AND RESEAL THE COOLER FLOOR SO IT IS SMOOTH, SANITARY AND LIGHT IN COLOR.
THE 2-DOOR COOLER GASKETS ARE DAMAGED, REPAIR THE GASKETS. THE ICE MACHINE DOOR IS DIRTY; WASH, RINSE AND SANITIZE THE DOOR. THE WALK IN COOLER CONDENSER IS FULL OF BUILDUP, CLEAN OUT THE REAR COIL AREA.
THE HANDSINK NEXT TO THE ICE MACHINE HAS LOW WATER PRESSURE, REPAIR THE SINKS WATER FLOW.
