All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. UPPER SHELVES AT PREP TABLES NOT CLEAN, FOOD DEBRIS NOTED, ALSO GASKETS AT PREP COOLER WITH ACCUMULATED FOOD DEBRIS, INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. DUST BUILD-UP NOTED AROUND CEILING VENT AT KITCHEN AREA, INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN.

All employees shall be required to use effective hair restraints to confine hair.FOOD HANDLERS NOT WEARING HAIR RESTRAINTS, INSTRUCTED TO WEAR.

MUST DETAIL CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE INTERIOR OF THE DEEP FRYER AND REACH IN FREEZERS IN REAR BY MOP SINK.
MUST DETAIL CLEAN AND MAINTAIN ALL FLOOR DRAINS AND FLOORS IN ALL CORNERS AND UNDER/AROUND ALL HEAVY EQUIPMENT.
MUST REATTACH CORNER PANEL TO WALL BY DISH MACHINE.
MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN CEILING TILES IN PREP AREA-REMOVE DUST/DIRT PARTICLES.
MUST FIX THE LEAK AT THE BASE OF THE FAUCET ON THE 3-COMP. SINK IN THE BAR AREA.
