MUST CLEAN IN DETAIL THE FLOOR ALONG THE WALL BASE ALL CORNER, UNDER AND BEHIND ALL COOKING EQUIPMENT(GRILL,DEEP FRYER AND STOVE). AND UNDER THE DRY STORAGE SHELVINGS IN THE STORAGE ROOM.
MUST CLEAN THE WALLS BEHIND THE DEEP FRYER,AND GRILL (WITH GREASE BUILD UP)AND THE WALLS CLOSE TO THE 3 DOOR COOLER. MUST SEAL THE HOLES ON THE WALLS CLOSE TO THE KNIFE RACK.
