All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. SODA LINES FROM SYRUP BOXES ARE STICKY DUE TO SPILLS & INTERIOR PANEL PANEL OF ICE MACHINE MUST BE KEPT CLEAN.
Use dustless cleaning methods. SOME FOOD STAINS ON WALLS AROUND PREP STATIONS MUST BE MAINTAINED CLEAN.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. ANY MILK CRATE USED FOR STORAGE RACK MUST BE REMOVED, FOR EASY CLEANING/PEST MONITORING.
