All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. GASKETS FOR PREP COOLERS IN POOR REPAIR, BROKEN AND NOT CLEAN, INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE AND MAINTAIN.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. HOLES IN THE WALL BEHIND DISH MACHINE, INSTRUCTED TO SEAL.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MISSING GROUT AT FLOOR TILES AT THE LEFT SIDE OF DISH MACHINE, INSTRUCTED TO GROUT.

MUST DATE AND LABEL POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS STORED INSIDE THE WALK IN COOLER THAT HAVE BEEN COOKED/PREPARED, REMOVED FROM IT'S ORIGINAL PACKAGING, ETC.
