All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. Must clean interior floors of freezers, air vents of display case, gaskets of front coolers.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Floors aroind/behind heavy equipment in rear must be kept clean & free of debris, front prep area floor must be kept dry.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. Walls above some equipment at front prep area must be kept clean, free of dust or stains.

The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. OBSERVED ACCMULATED DIRT BUILD UP INSIDE FLOOR DRAIN IN STORAGE AREA. MUST CLEAN INTERIOR OF FLOOR DRAIN AND KEEP DRAIN DRY.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. OBSERVED SMALL HOLES IN WALLS BEHIND AND AROUND MOP SINK. MUST SEAL ALL HOLES IN WALLS.
All food establishments that display, prepare, or store potentially hazardous foods shall have calibrated metal stem thermometers, provided and conspicuous, for refrigerated and hot food units. MUST PROVIDE AND CALIBRATE METAL STEM THERMOMETER FOR FOOD HANDLERS.

CUTTING BOARD WITH DEEP, DARK GROOVES MUST BE REPLACED. THE GAP BETWEEN THE FRONT HANDSINK & DUMPSINK MUST BE SEALED & KEPT CLEAN.
WATER LEAK OBSERVED AT THE BASE OF THE HOT WATER FAUCET OF THE 3-COMP SINK, MUST FIX.
