The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned.OBSERVED THE FRONT HALL CEILING OVER TABLES, WATER DAMAGED PEELING PAINT INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR.

All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage. THE FOLLOWING NOT CLEAN, MUST CLEAN/SANITIZE; COOLERS, MICROWAVE OVEN AND ALL CABINETS IN KITCHEN.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST REPLACE BROKEN AND MISSING FLOOR TILES THRU-OUT BANQUET HALL AND CLEAN FLOORS THRU-OUT PREMISES, INCLUDING BASEMENT.
