The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. FOUND CEILING ABOVE THE DINING TABLES IN THE LUNCH ROOM. CLOSE TO THE WINDOWS WITH PEELING PAINT. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE PEELING PAINT AND MAINTAIN.

Shelving above 3 copmartment sink had exposed raw wood, shall be repair/sealed.Exposed raw wood on lunchroom tables, cabinets shall be repair/replaced. All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair.
Floors in cafeteria/lunchroom need cleaning by garbage cans. The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.
Damaged ceiling tiles in 3rd floor classrooms, staircase, shall be replaced.Walls that had peeling paint in staircase shall be repair, pipes that had peeling paint in lunchroom, prep area, shall be repair, cleaned. The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. Use dustless cleaning methods.
Light shields in classrooms,bathrooms, and hallways(1st,2nd, and 3rd floors) need detailed cleaning. Missing light shields in bsmt storage reas shall be provided.
Exhaust vents(ventilation) in kitchen/lunchroom areas not clean need detailed cleaning, exposed insulation in lunchroom areas(pipes)shall be repair/replaced.Exhaust vents(ventilation)in classrooms, hallways, and bathrooms in (1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors)need cleaning. The flow of air discharged from kitchen fans shall always be through a duct to a point above the roofline. Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health.

Peeling paint/holes in Gym shall be repaired/sealed.
Broken light shield in classroom #007, shall be replaced.
Exhaust vent of A/C unit in state of disrepair/broken in classroom #104, shall be repaired/replaced.
Leaking faucet in bathroom sink, fountain shall be repaired/replaced(1st floor main building and annex).
