ALL COOKING EQUIPMENT MUST BE COMPLETELY UNDERNEATH EXHAUST HOOD IN FOOD PREP AREA. OWNER INDICATED THAT THE DEEP FRYER WILL BE DISCONNECTED & REMOVED TO MAKE ROOM FOR THE BAR-BE QUE GRILL.
SEAL ALL LOOSE BASEBOARDS, WALL AROUND DOOR FRAME ON THE INSIDE OF THE WASHROOM & AROUND ALL PIPE-FITTINGS THROUGHOUT. REPLACE MISSING WALL COVE IN WASHROOM. CLEAN DEBRIS FROM LIGHT SHIELDS THROUGHOUT.
