Excess debris and clutter in rear storage rooms (1st,2nd floors)shall be removed, stock items must be stored six inches off of floor to prevent pest harborage.
Cooler shelving/racks that had peeling paint, rust shall be repair, replaced.

Found/Observed front entrance/exit door not rodent proofed, doors had gaps on botton of door, and middle of doors, ranging from 1/4 inch to 1/2inch.Doors shall be repair by 12/08/2010. Citation issued #H000063585 with a court date of 1/06/2011, at 400 w superior in room #112 at 9:00am.
