All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. CLEAN THE FOLLOWING: HOODS & FILTERS ABOVE COOKING & DISH MACHINE EQUIPMENT, INTERIOR OF LARGE ICE MACHINE IN PREP AREA,& INTERIOR WALLS IN CABINETS UNDERNEATH DEEP FRYERS.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. DETAIL CLEAN FLOORS ALONG WALL BASES & IN CORNERS BEHIND HEAVY EQUIPMENT WHERE NEEDED.

ALL SAID FOOD, VALUED AT ABOUT $20.00 WAS DISCARDED. COOLER AIR VENTS FOUND TO BE BLOCKED BY TRAYS AND ALUMINUM FOIL. ITEMS WERE REMOVED AND TEMPERATURE REACHED 41.1 DEGREES. CRITICAL VIOLATION.

The ice scoop next to the ice machine is stored in murky water,scoop and container were sanitized at this time.The bar ice scoops are left with the handle in the ice,keep the scoop in a sanitary holder.
The floors under the wait station and north end of the bar are dirty,clean the floors in detail.
The walls and ceilings of the wait station have small fly fecal build-up;wash-rinse and sanitize area.
The hot kitchen exposed handsink has low water pressure,corrected during inspection.
