The area outside of the establishment used for the storage of garbage shall be clean at all times and shall not constitute a nuisance. OOUTSIDE AREA NEED TO MAINTAINE AND REMOVE OLD BROKEN SHELF AND HAS TO BE NEAT AND CLEAN
All food establishments that display, prepare, or store potentially hazardous foods shall have calibrated metal stem thermometers, provided and conspicuous, for refrigerated and hot food units. MUST PROVIDE THERMOMETERS FOR ALL COOLERS AND FREEZERS.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair.A DEEPING WELL IS NEEDED FOR FRESH ICE CREAM. RUBBER GASKET IS BROKEN AT 3 DOOR COOLER,REPLACE.REPLACE MISSING HANDLE AT 3 DOOR COOLER.MUST PROVIDE SHELVES FOR THE 3 DOOR COOLER.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. CLEAN INTERIOR OF SMALL COOLER UNDER THE COFFE MACHINE.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.FLOOR MUST BE CLEANED IN BASEMENT AREA.ELEVATE ITEMS NEEDED 6' OFF THE FLOOR.

NEED TO INSTALL AN EXPOSED HAND SINK AT 2ND PREP AREA.FAUCET AT 3 COMPARTMENT SINK IS TOO LONG WATER SPLASHED ON FLOOR WHEN FAUCET IS MOVED FROM ONE COMPARTMENT TO THE OTHER.ALSO PROVIDE AN UN THREAD FAUCET TOR 3 COMPARTMENT SINK. MUST CHANGE WATER DISCHARGE HOSE FROM INSIDE THE REACH-IN COOLER(FILLED WITH BLACK SLIME) PROVIDE A BACK FLOW PREVENT FOR THE WATER LINE FOR ESPRESSO MACHINE
