All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. MUST CLEAN,SANITIZE AND MAINTAIN CAN OPENER ON PREP TABLE.

SEAL ALL OPENINGS AROUND ELECTRICAL OUTLET AND LIGHT SWITCH IN DRY STORAGE AREA, PIPE FITTINGS UNDER SINKS AND BEHIND TOILETS IN WASHROOMS. SEAL ALL OPENINGS IN WALLS IN DRY STORAGE AREA.
INSTALL SELF CLOSING DEVICE ON STAFF WASHROOM DOOR.
PROVIDE THERMOMETERS IN ALL REFRIGERATORS.
REMOVE UNUSED EQUIPMENT IN STORAGE AREAS TO PREVENT PEST HARBORAGE.
REPLACE DRAINPIPE UNDER EXPOSED SINK.
