Interior ice machine panel, handsink in bar area and exhaust hood and filters above cooking equipment and dish machine not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean and sanitize.
Floor along wallbase and behind equipment in basement storage rooom not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean daily.

Found/observed live fruit flies/gnats(15 )in bar area under bar counter, and by coffee station(10 ), also found/observed side door not rodent proofed, door had 1/4 inch gap/hole in middle/center of door. Citation issued.
Found/observed no summary inspection report posted/visible to customers at time of inspection on 5/03/2012.Citation issued.
Found food items not properly dated/labeled in walk in freezer, walk in cooler, reach in cooler, must date and label food items in walk in cooler, walk in freezer, and reach in cooler.
Non food contact surfaces of walk in cooler shelving/racks not clean need detailed cleaning(crevices), bsmt storage shelving/racks not clean need detailed cleaning(crevices), reach in cooler door tracks, shelving not clean need detailed cleaning.
Floors under heavy equipment, cooking equipment(1st floor)need cleaning, floors in bsmt storage areas under shelving, pop dispensing unit not clean need detailed cleaning(corners)
Ceiling above ice machine had peeling paint, shall be repaired/sealed, walls in storage area by bsmt entrance doorway had peeling paint, shall be repaired/sealed.
3 compartment sink leaking, shall be repaired/replaced, exhaust canopy not clean need detailed cleaning, exhaust vents(ventilation)in walk in cooler, coolers and bathrooms, not clean need detailed cleaning
