MUST REPAIR LEAKING FAUCET AT REAR 3 COMPARTMENT SINK AND LEAKS AT DISH MACHINE
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. PROVIDE COVFING ALONG ALL WALLS WHERE COVING IS MISSING THROUGHOUT, PREVENTING INSECT ENTRANCE/HARBORAGE. KEEP FLOORS DRY AT ALL TIMES. REPLACE ALL MISSING, WATER STAINED CEILING TILES THROUGHOUT. REPAIR WATERSTAINED WALL IN 5TH FLOOR JANITORS CLOSET. DETAIL CLEAN WALLS THROUGHOUT WHERE NEEDED.
