The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned.NEED TO CLEAN WALLS AROUND AND BELOW THE DISH MACHINE.
All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage.CLEAN UNDER COUNTER COOLER FRONT COOKING LINE ALSO IN THE BAR CLEAN RUBBER AROUND DOOR STICKING.
